YOUTH FITNESS CAMP

Every Saturday in December, Alpine Fitness will host a Youth Fitness Camp for kids 8-13 years of age. These hour long classes focus on Interval training that will develop strength, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular capacity. Each day brings a new workout that will improve your child’s physical ability as well as prevent future injuries. Additionally, we can’t say enough about the effect working out brings to a child’s self confidence.
