Who WE ARE…

Alpine fitness is a gym for those seeking long term improvement in their health and fitness. We know there are no quick fixes, and having a community to workout with keeps you accountable and training enjoyable!

Every class greets its members with good music, smiles and a workout that will get your heart rate going! HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training Classes last 45-55 minutes and are exercises set to a timer. Each day brings a new workout incorporating bodyweight movements, cardio work, weight training, core, mobility, and more.

Our focus is to improve performance of all our members and through that process, challenge each individual to discover their own unrealized power.

  • Owner & Head Coach

“Fitness is achieved in a positive and healthy environment with a supportive community”

What started in an RV during the uncertainty of COVID blossomed into a thriving fitness community of 260 members. Owner and coach Jade Kuehn, originally from Alberta Canada, turned a passion for movement and a desire to connect into something truly special. Alpine Fitness was cultivated with the idea that fitness is achieved in a positive and healthy environment with a supportive community. The accountability that comes with this style of exercise is what keeps members from solely focusing on the goal and instead focusing on enjoying the journey.

D.J. Alexander made a name for himself with his athleticism, resilience and willingness to excel in special teams roles and beyond.n In college at Oregon State, he red-shirted (or “grayshirted”) his freshman year to focus on academics and conditioning, then became a three-year starter. In his senior season (2014), after recovering from neck surgery the year prior, he posted 70 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and four sacks.

Drafted by the Chiefs in 2015 despite not being invited to the NFL Combine, a testament to his pro day performance and upside. With the Chiefs, Alexander played all 16 games in his rookie year, making 16 tackles and forcing a fumble. In 2016 he solidified his value on special teams and earned a Pro Bowl selection as a special teamer — a high honour for a player making his mark off the stat sheet. He was traded in July 2017 to the Seattle Seahawks in a linebacker swap, and later spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Jacksonville Jaguars. With the Jaguars, in 2019 he suffered a foot injury and was placed on injured reserve.
