Proof That Consistency Compounds
This morning, I almost didn’t go to the gym. I wanted to be lazy and not finish the year strong. But I showed up anyway. Not because I felt motivated, but because of discipline.
My 2025 Fitness goal was to be able to do 2 pullups. To my surprise, I completed 5! I’m incredibly proud of myself.
And if you listen closely to the audio, you’ll hear my biggest cheerleader. Love you Jade. Thank you for always pushing me outside of my comfort zone and believing in me even when I doubt myself.
